lockin_walsh_codes — OPTICS lockin op

使い方

Orthogonal zero-mean on/off codes for coded intermittent lighting -> (n_codes, n_frames) matrix of +-1.

Rows 1..n_codes of the Sylvester-Hadamard matrix (the constant row 0 is left out): every row has mean 0, any two rows have zero inner product, so lights switched by different rows can be told apart (and from a steady background) by correlation (:func:lockin_separate). A light that is ON where the code is +1 and OFF where it is -1 has the on/off pattern (1 + code) / 2. n_frames must be a power of two.
