motion_history_image — VIDEOSTREAM motion op

• 呼び出し: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.motion_history_image(video, tau: 'int' = 15, threshold: 'float' = 0.1) -> 'np.ndarray' (実装を直接呼ぶなら import videostream; videostream.motion_history_image(video, tau: 'int' = 15, threshold: 'float' = 0.1) -> 'np.ndarray'、台帳から引くなら opsvideostream.get("motion_history_image"))

使い方

Bobick–Davis Motion History Image per frame → (T, H, W) in [0, 1] (video).

Frame t is the MHI of frames 0..t: 1 where motion is happening, decaying by 1/tau per frame elsewhere. The last frame is the classic single-image temporal template of the whole clip’s motion.
