removed count and fraction; removed_spacing percentiles of the
local spacing (:func:pc_density) of the removed points versus
kept_spacing; isolated_removed counts removed points whose
nearest-neighbour distance exceeded radius (default: the 95th percentile
of nearest-neighbour distances) — a thinning that removed such points has
discarded exactly the rare, isolated observations a survey exists to find
(:func:pc_poisson_disk with the same radius removes none of them, by
construction); max_gap is the largest distance from any removed point
to the kept cloud (the biggest hole the thinning made).
