mesh_decimate_preserving — 3D resolution op

使い方

Decimation that keeps the detailed regions and reports what it lost (table).

Vertices whose :func:mesh_detail_map detail is in the top 1 − protect_quantile are protected: :func:meshrepair.decimate_qem never collapses an edge that touches them, so a crater rim, a boulder or an outlier ridge keeps its exact geometry while the smooth remainder is reduced toward target_faces. The result carries the :func:mesh_reduction_report; when max_error (mesh units) is given and the measured detail_max_error exceeds it, the op refuses (ValueError) instead of returning a mesh that has already lost the features you protect. Returns {"V", "F", "report", "protected_vertices", "protected_mask", "detail_threshold"}.
