merit_function — OPTICS optimization op

使い方

The DLS merit Σ residual² and its parts for one prescription (table).

Same residual definition as :func:optimize_lens: transverse ray offsets from the chief ray (mm) over a hexapolar pupil of rings rings at each of fields (default: on axis, or 0 / 0.7 / 1.0 of the system field) and wavelengths (default: the system wavelength), plus efl_weight·(EFL − efl_target)/efl_target when a target is given. Returns merit, rms_spot (RMS over all rays, mm), rms_by_field, efl, rays_lost and the residual count.
